How do I enroll?
Open the catalog, choose a course, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can study immediately after confirmation. If you’re joining a cohort, you’ll receive an onboarding email with the start date and your mentor group.
Do courses include mentor feedback?
Mentor-led and cohort formats include feedback on key milestones (logline, outline, first act, full draft). Self-paced options provide rubrics and checklists you can use independently. Feedback turnaround is typically 48–72 hours on business days.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied within 7 days and haven’t consumed more than 20% of the course, request a refund through Contact. We process eligible refunds promptly. For cohort programs, refunds are available until 48 hours before the start date (after that, you can transfer to a later cohort).
How much time do I need each week?
Most courses expect 3–6 focused hours weekly. Intensives may require 8–10 hours for drafting and revision. If you’re balancing a full-time schedule, choose the self-paced track and set a weekly drafting block (two 90-minute sessions works well).
Are sessions live or pre-recorded?
Self-paced lessons are pre-recorded. Cohort programs combine pre-recorded lessons with scheduled live Q&A sessions and peer table reads. If you miss a live session, the replay is available in your dashboard.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. When you complete the required milestones (final draft upload + review checklist), you can download a completion certificate. It’s designed for portfolios and personal records.
What tools or software do I need?
Any screenplay editor is fine (Final Draft, WriterDuet, Fade In, or even Google Docs using screenplay templates). You’ll also need a modern browser and a PDF reader for downloadable worksheets.
Is this for beginners or advanced writers?
Both. Beginner tracks focus on fundamentals (structure, character, scenes). Advanced tracks emphasize rewriting, voice, pacing, and market-ready submissions. If you’re unsure, pick the standard track and we’ll suggest an upgrade after your first milestone.
Can I switch courses or transfer to another cohort?
Yes. For self-paced courses, you can switch within 7 days if less than 20% is completed. For cohorts, transfers to a later start date are available when requested before the cohort begins.
